Scan insight: fascinating seminar for our dentists and referring dentists

The clinic was the setting this week for a seminar on how to look at CBCT scans.
3D scans are enormously useful especially when working with patients who are having dental implants. They provide us with a huge amount of information and can assist with very specific guided surgery.
The main presentation was by Neil Heath. As part of our team Neil is a specialist in oral and maxillofacial radiology who can specifically report on the scans when requested by either our own or referring dentists.
As well as members of our own team the event was attended by a number of our referring dentists who send patients for scans to the clinic.
It was a hugely interesting and fascinating seminar and we look forward to having other seminars in the clinic in the future.
